  • Ethereum (ETH): 12-15 confirmations (3-5 minutes)
  • USDT (ERC-20): 12-15 confirmations (3-5 minutes)
  • Other Cryptocurrencies: Varies by network (typically 5-60 minutes)

Fiat Withdrawals:

  • Bank Transfer (SEPA): 1-3 business days
  • Bank Transfer (SWIFT): 3-5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 1-5 business days

Withdrawal Limits

Daily Limits:

  • Unverified: $0 (withdrawals disabled)
  • Level 1 (Basic): Up to $1,000 per day
  • Level 2 (Standard): Up to $10,000 per day
  • Level 3 (Enhanced): Up to $100,000 per day
  • Institutional: Custom limits (contact support)

Monthly Limits:

Monthly limits are 10x the daily limit. Higher limits available upon request for verified institutional accounts.

Withdrawal Fees

No Platform Fees: Finlay CryptoEx does not charge withdrawal fees for cryptocurrency or fiat withdrawals.

Network Fees: Cryptocurrency withdrawals incur blockchain network fees, which vary by network congestion. These fees are paid directly to the blockchain network, not to Finlay CryptoEx.

Bank Fees: Some banks may charge receiving fees for fiat withdrawals. Please check with your bank for details.
